Matthew received a BBA from Pace University and began working fulltime in 1995 at Windsor Management Corporation, where he is presently President and CEO. Throughout his tenure, Matt has added 400,000 square feet of Class A office buildings to the Windsor portfolio in Manhattan, Westchester, and Connecticut. In addition to heading acquisitions, he oversees leasing and management operations while continually upgrading properties with common area modernizations and building renovations creating competitively advantageous office properties. Matt currently serves as a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institutes of Applied Human Dynamics and participates in fundraising efforts for the Town of Mt. Pleasant Education Foundation, Holy Rosary Church, and the March of Dimes.
